It’s another Big Bear tradition – the annual Rotary Fireworks Show over the lake! Consistently ranked in the Top Five fireworks shows in California, this year’s display takes place at dusk, on Thursday July 4th. The Rotary Club will be hosting their annual BBQ on the lake beginning at 4 p.m.. Information and advance tickets for the BBQ are available from the Chamber of Commerce, 866-4607, but as always, viewing the show is free – pick your spot early!. The show is sponsored by the donations of the public and local businesses, so please drop a few dollars into one of the many Fireworks Fund donation cans you see in local stores. And please remember – NO personal fireworks are legal in the Big Bear Valley or San Bernardino National Forest.
