The National Forest is located just south of this area of mostly medium sized homes and home sites. Most properties enjoy views of the surrounding mountains. Easy access to Highway 38 and down the hill. The Pacific Crest Trail is located nearby and this entire area is a nature lover’s paradise.
The Erwin Lake area of Big Bear consists of; Hamilton Ranch, Meadowbrook Estates, Wildhorse Ranch, State Lane North and State Lane South.
The main areas for Big Bear City are Baldwin Lake, Erwin Lake, Lake Williams and Whispering Forest.
