Heavenly Valley

The area known as “Heavenly Valley” is an upscale neighborhood of custom homes, located below the Snow Summit winter resort, bordered roughly by Summit Blvd to the west and Moonridge Road to the east.  Some of the estate-size parcels back to the National Forest or undeveloped acreage.  The proximity to Snow Summit makes this a popular area for luxury vacation homes, as well as full-time residences.

Homes in Heavenly Valley range from an average of 2,000 sq. ft. to over 4,000 sq. ft.  The architectural styles include an eclectic mix from “mountain lodge” to fine examples of Victorian and Tudor styles.  The area features wide streets with underground utilities, and is heavily populated with towering mature Ponderosa pines.

The area is minutes from popular shopping areas, as well as the Bear Mtn winter resort, golf course, zoo, and National Forest trails in Moonridge.  It is served by utilities and services from the City of Big Bear Lake

Heavenly Valley offers a great mountain neighborhood setting, ideal for quiet family living or an upscale vacation or corporate retreat.
