Alpine Woods

Alpine Woods Estates is an enclave of approximately 150 single-family homes located within the “Fox Farm” area of the City of Big Bear Lake.  With easy, mostly-level access, and its proximity to the main shopping areas, Alpine Woods is a popular address for full-time living, or upscale second-homes.

A newer development, the area boasts a myriad of different home styles, ranging from mountain contemporary and single-story plans, to variations on Tudor, farmhouse, and chalets.  Many of the custom homes feature beautiful fully landscaped yards, while others keep a “mountain feel” thanks to the many native pines and oak trees present throughout the area.

Alpine Woods offers a private, upscale feel, and pride of ownership is evident in the well-maintained properties, and underground utilities afford un-cluttered street views.

It’s just moments by car to both shopping centers, banking and popular restaurants.  And just minutes to either Bear Mtn or Snow Summit resorts for family or weekend fun.  This is a great area for full-time family or retirement living, or those desiring a more “conventional” mountain retreat.
